TindaPH

Made for Convenience stores

A convenience store POS that scans as fast as you sell

A convenience store sells hundreds of items, often to customers in a hurry. TindaPH scans the barcodes, adds up the sale, works out the change, and counts every item so you know what to reorder.

How it works in TindaPH

  1. Scan or tap

Use a USB or Bluetooth scanner on a computer, or the phone's camera. Items without a barcode are a tap away, or print your own in-store barcode for them.

  2. Every item counted

Each sale takes its items out of stock. Add deliveries as they arrive, and see what's running low before the shelf is empty.

  3. By the piece or by the case

Set up packs like a case of softdrinks or a tray of eggs. Selling one takes the right number of pieces out of stock.

  4. See what sells

At closing, see today's sales and your best sellers, so you restock what moves.

What it doesn't do

  • Receipts say "Not an official receipt", so a VAT-registered store still issues its own BIR invoices.
  • Each phone or computer keeps its own records. Two counters don't share one stock count yet.

Questions

Will my barcode scanner work?

Yes. A USB or Bluetooth scanner works on a computer. On a phone or tablet, the camera scans barcodes too.

What about items without a barcode?

Tap them on the screen, or print TindaPH's own barcodes for them and scan those.

Can I use more than one counter?

Yes. Add another phone or computer for a one-time ₱99. For now, each one keeps its own records.
