How it works in TindaPH
Every sale, recorded
Each sale keeps its items, how it was paid and a receipt number. Open any day in your sales history and tap a sale to see it all.
Totals by day, week and month
Home shows today's sales and how the week is going. Reports compare days, weeks and months, and point out your best day.
Know your top products and profit
See what sells most and an estimated profit. Record your expenses too, and Reports shows the profit after them.
Fix mistakes the honest way
Cancel a wrong sale with a reason instead of erasing it. The stock goes back, and reports leave the cancelled sale out.
What it doesn't do
- Receipts say "Not an official receipt". TindaPH isn't a BIR-registered cash register.
- Reports cover the device they're on. Two phones in one store keep separate sales for now.
Questions
Can I reprint or share an old receipt?
Yes. Open the sale from your sales history to reprint it or share it as an image or text, for example on Messenger.
Can I open my sales in Excel?
Yes. Backup & export saves your products, sales, utang and expenses as CSV files that open in Excel or Google Sheets.
Is the profit before or after expenses?
Home shows an estimated profit before expenses. Reports shows both, with the expenses you've recorded taken off.
