How it works in TindaPH
Add the customer once
Save a name, and a phone number if you like. Next time, pick them from the list at checkout.
Put all or part of a sale on utang
If your suki pays ₱50 of a ₱120 sale, record the ₱50 and the other ₱70 goes on their utang automatically.
Record payments as they come
When they pay some or all of it, record the payment. The balance updates at once, and every charge and payment stays on their list.
Send a statement
Share a clear statement of what's owed on Messenger or Viber, so there's no guessing and no awkward talk at the counter.
What it doesn't do
- TindaPH doesn't send reminders or add interest. It keeps the record; collecting is still up to you.
- Your utang list lives on one device. If two phones are used in the store, each keeps its own customers and balances for now.
Questions
Can I see everything a customer has ever owed?
Yes. Each customer shows every utang charge and every payment with its date, and the balance they owe today.
What if I put the wrong sale on utang?
Cancel the sale with a reason. TindaPH takes the amount off the customer's utang and puts the stock back.
Do my customers' names leave my phone?
No. Your customer list and their utang stay on your device, and TindaPH never receives them. Keep your backup files private, because they hold these details too.
