TindaPH

Feature guide

An inventory app that counts every piece for you

Guessing what's left on the shelf costs you sales and money. TindaPH takes stock off with every sale and adds it back with every delivery, so the number on your phone stays close to what's on the shelf, and a quick count fixes the rest.

Inventory app

How it works in TindaPH

  1. Stock in by the box

Record a delivery in the unit it came in, like a box of 24. TindaPH adds the pieces and remembers what that delivery cost.

  2. Sell by piece or by pack

Set up a pack, like a 12-pack of softdrinks, and sell it as one item. Stock goes down by the pieces inside.

  3. See what's low before you run out

Set a low-stock level for each product. The inventory list shows what's low, what's out and what needs a count.

  4. Every change is on record

Deliveries, sales, counts and returns each leave a line in the product's history, with the reason. Stock never changes silently.

What it doesn't do

  • TindaPH doesn't track expiry dates or batches, so check the dates on your shelf yourself.
  • It doesn't order from suppliers for you. Use the low-stock list as your shopping list.

Questions

What if the count on my phone is wrong?

Count the shelf and enter what's really there. TindaPH records the difference as an adjustment with your reason, so the history stays honest.

Can I sell something that shows zero stock?

Yes. A sale is never blocked over stock. The product goes below zero and is marked "needs count", so you know to check it.

Does it know what my stock is worth?

Yes. Reports show your stock value at cost and at selling price. Each delivery keeps its own cost, so older stock isn't repriced when a pricier delivery comes in.
