Terms of Sale and Use
These terms apply when you buy and use a TindaPH license. If anything here is unclear, contact us before you pay.
1. Who you're buying from
Roseller Enriquez Jr., operating TindaPH, in the Philippines.
2. What you get
A license to use the TindaPH POS in your store on one device, for a one-time payment of the price shown when you buy (₱199 today). It keeps working without a subscription. You can add more devices for a one-time ₱99 each. If you change devices, message us and we'll move the license; the old device becomes read-only and keeps its records.
Optional paid features, such as cloud backup, may be offered later. Buying them is always your choice.
3. Your license code
Don't share or sell your code. We may remove phones from a code or limit how many it works on, and a code that's shared or misused may be revoked. A revoked license becomes read-only: you can still view and export your data, and nothing is deleted.
4. Payment
Pay by GCash to the TindaPH account shown in the app when you tap Buy (or sent to you on Messenger). Your purchase is complete once we've checked the payment and turned on your license (or sent you its code).
5. Refunds
- If we can't approve your purchase (for example, the payment isn't found or doesn't match), we refund the full amount to the same GCash number within 7 days.
- If you paid twice for one purchase, we refund the extra payment.
- Once your code has been issued, the purchase is final and there are no other refunds.
To ask for a refund, contact us with your GCash reference number.
6. Your data and backups
Your store's records live on your device. Back them up regularly with Backup & export. We can't recover data from a device that's lost, reset or cleared.
The customer details you keep in TindaPH (names, contact details and utang) are your customers' personal data, and you're responsible for them. Only record what you need, and keep your phone and backup files private.
7. Receipts and taxes
TindaPH isn't a BIR-registered cash register and doesn't issue official receipts. You're responsible for your own tax and business obligations.
8. The service
We work to keep TindaPH running and updated, but it's provided as it is. As far as the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for your license. Nothing here limits your rights under Philippine consumer law.
9. Changes to these terms
If these terms change, a change won't take away a license you've already bought. The date at the top shows the latest version.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
