TindaPH

Made for Sari-sari stores

A sari-sari store POS that fits the way you sell

A sari-sari store sells a little of everything, one piece at a time, to neighbors who often pay later. TindaPH is built around that: tingi sales, suki utang and a shelf that's always changing.

  • No subscription
  • No monthly fees
  • Works offline

How it works in TindaPH

  1. Tingi without the math

Buy a box, sell by the piece. Record the box as a delivery and TindaPH counts the pieces, then takes one off with each sale.

  2. Utang with your suki

Put a sale on a suki's utang in one tap and record their payment when they come back. What they owe is always one tap away.

  3. Know what to buy on market day

Before the supplier comes or before you go to the palengke, check the low and out lists so nothing sells out twice.

  4. One phone is enough

It runs on the phone you already have, and keeps selling through brownouts and weak signal.

What it doesn't do

  • Receipts are for your customers' reference only. They say "Not an official receipt".
  • It doesn't send e-load or pay bills. You can record those sales as untracked products, but the load itself goes out the usual way.

Questions

Is it too complicated for a small tindahan?

No. Most of the day you only tap products and take payment. Stock and utang update on their own.

What if my supplier raises the price?

Change the product's price anytime. When a new delivery costs more, TindaPH can keep the old price until the old stock is sold.

How much does it cost?

₱199 once for the POS, with no monthly fee. Try the full demo for free first.
