TindaPH

Feature guide

A POS that records GCash and Maya payments

More customers pay by GCash or Maya now, and a screenshot in the chat isn't a record. TindaPH notes how every sale was paid, with the reference number if you want it, so you can match your wallet to your sales at the end of the day.

GCash and Maya

How it works in TindaPH

  1. Pick how they paid

At checkout, choose cash, GCash, Maya, bank transfer or other. For cash, TindaPH works out the change.

  2. Keep the reference number

Type the reference number from the customer's GCash or Maya receipt. It's saved with the sale, so you can look it up later.

  3. Split a payment

Part cash, part GCash? Enter the cash first, then pay the rest with a second method, or put it on the customer's utang.

  4. Find them in your sales history

Filter your sales by GCash or Maya to see just those sales, and check them against your wallet in a minute.

What it doesn't do

  • TindaPH doesn't take the payment itself. Your customer still pays in their own GCash or Maya app, and you check that it arrived.
  • There's no card terminal or payment QR inside the app.

Questions

Can customers pay me through TindaPH?

No. TindaPH records the payment, and the money moves in GCash or Maya as usual. That also means no fees are taken from your sales.

Is the reference number required?

No, it's optional. Adding it makes a disputed payment easy to find later.

Does it work if the customer pays by bank transfer?

Yes. Choose bank transfer, or "other" for anything else, and add a reference number if there is one.
